Our approach
- We work with professional, business-to-business contact information only.
- Records are matched against our directory of opt-in business contacts.
- Contacts are asked whether they wish to receive relevant third-party materials, and those who decline are removed at our regular updates.
- Opt-out requests are honored promptly and suppressed from future lists we deliver.
Remove my information
To have your details removed, email info@globaldatasol.com with the subject “Remove my data” and include the email address you want removed. We will confirm by email once it has been processed.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Residents of California and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws can ask us not to sell or share their personal information, and can request access to or deletion of it. Email info@globaldatasol.com with the subject “Do not sell or share my information” and the email address the request relates to. You may also use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Our clients' responsibilities
Clients who purchase data or campaigns from us agree to use it lawfully and in line with the email and privacy rules that apply to them — for example the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act (including a working unsubscribe link and a physical postal address in every commercial email), Canada's CASL, and the EU/UK GDPR where applicable — and to honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
